Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors (LOSS)
LOSS Team Plymouth County
Console operates the LOSS Team Plymouth County. Our LOSS team is a group of trained volunteers who provide hope, offer support, and share resources to those recently impacted by a death by suicide. This outreach involves two or more volunteers, including a suicide loss survivor, who connect the newly bereaved to services for use whenever they feel ready.

LOSS Team Plymouth County was founded in 2021 and, after two years of preparation, launched in January 2023. We are a volunteer group that works with police departments across Plymouth county to bring hope and support to suicide loss survivors in the immediate wake of the devastating loss of a loved one.

In 1998, Dr. Frank Campbell formed the first LOSS team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The model aims to connect the bereaved to available help sooner. Learn more at www.LOSSteam.com
